Hello! My name is Paige Macdonald, Licensed Massage Therapist and yoga instructor since 2015. My mission is to help people with active lifestyles live pain-free and stress-free lives! I worked for a massage clinic in Houston where I met and learned from many amazing therapists from around the world.

I have continued my learning and training in massage and yoga throughout my career. I have taken somatic therapy, sacral torsion, deep tissue, massage for anxiety, spontaneous muscle release therapy, and many ethics of massage courses.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 20 years. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal and lymphatic massage. I’m very comfortable giving massages, and try to make every client feel equally comfortable in receiving them. I try to give each client recommendations on stretches, postural awareness, and other self-care methods they can do between sessions to help with maintenance and overall health and wellness.

I’ve been a massage therapist for 5 years. I specialize in ashiatsu, reflexology, deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, and lymphatic massage.

I personally find giving a massage is very relaxing and therapeutic for me, so I try to share that relaxing energy with every client I meet. It’s always my goal to give the most relaxing, safe, therapeutic massage, in a stress-free environment, while still adjusting to a clients personal needs.
